We’re sad to report Steve passed away yesterday in hospital in Thailand. We offer our condolences to his family and many friends.
Steve joined the CC in 1991, and was a stalwart of the Bristol climbing scene – and its subset The Clean Hand Gang – before relocating to Australia and then Thailand. Rest in Peace, Steve.
Such sad news. Many happy memories of chalkless days climbing with Steve when he lived in the north east. It was always an adventure. A great friend. He will be sorely missed. Jancis and Dave
