Long-standing member Martin Harris, from Sheffield, sustained fatal injuries after falling from Striding Edge on the 20th April. The Patterdale MR, North West Air Ambulance, Royal Air Force Sea King helicopter and Penrith MR were involved. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and mountaineering companions at this difficult time.
