High Ball

Start location:

From the col before the final rise to the headland; descend leftwards (S) along a ramp system. After 50 metres a short, grey, overhanging wall is reached rising from a large flat ledge 6 metres above the sea. Start at the centre of this wall.

Pitch descriptions:

4c Climb rightwards up the wall, past the small triangular niche. Move up, and finish leftwards.

Start location:

Start 3 metres right of High Ball below a tapering chimney.

Pitch descriptions:

Gain the chimney from the right and follow it to gain a grassy recess above and right. Zig-zag upwards via the scrappy grooves to the top.
