Climbers’ Club Shop Information and Policies

  • This shop is open to both CC members and the general public.
  • Members purchase books at a discounted price, this is one of the benefits of CC membership. To get the discount you will need log into the members’ area of this site and get your discount voucher.
  • Our web-shop uses Stripe to provide secure payment, all payment details are managed by them and the club does not see or keep any information such as card or bank details
  • All books are shipped by the Club’s distributor, Cordee.
  • The delivery address for your order is retained by the Club to ensure a prompt response in the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order. We do not share any of your details with any third party other than Cordee.
  • To minimise costs all orders are shipped by Second Class Post to UK addresses only. Orders of more than £30 enjoy free shipping, smaller orders attract a flat rate p&p charge of £3. We are sorry but we are unable to offer alternative delivery methods, nor can we ship to addresses outside the UK.
  • Delivery normally takes less than five working days but occasionally it may take up to ten working days for you to receive your order.

In the unlikely event of their being a problem with your order and you need to return an item please contact us before sending it to:

We can only accept returns that are securely packaged and they must be received by Cordee within 14 days of the despatch date. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping unless delivery was in error or if the delivered item is damaged or defective. None of this affects your statutory rights.
