Tryfan getting higher!
Climbers may be interested to know that Tryfan was re-surveyed 24th June 2010 and is now officially 2.44 metres higher than previously thought, at 917.44 metres. There was a ‘risk’ that it would turn out to be below 914 metres [ = 3,000ft] which would reduce the number of Welsh ‘threes’ to thirteen! - click for the full story
