Returns/Cancellation Policy
We hope that shopping with The Climbers’ Club will be to your satisfaction, however you may need to return items. This is normally if they are the wrong item or damaged. If you need to return an item, please send it to:

Please package the relevant item(s) securely. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Items must be returned and arrive within 14 days of the despatched date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Policy
Currently we will only ship by Second Class Post to UK addresses. The current rates are indicated alongside each item. We regret that no alternative delivery methods or destinations are available. Our aim is to deliver within 7-10 working days. Your card will only be charged when the items have been dispatched.
